What's your cancellation policy?We understand that plans change! For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What if my pet has behavioral issues?While I aim to accommodate all pets, we recognize that some behavioral challenges may fall outside my expertise. For safety reasons, I may not be able to work with pets displaying aggressive tendencies or severe reactivity. However, I'm happy to discuss your pet's specific needs during a consultation to determine if we’re the right fit or to recommend alternative resources. Open communication is key, so please share as much as possible about your pet’s behavior.

What's included in your pet sitting service?Our pet sitting service includes overnight care, feeding, enrichment activities, potty breaks, and plenty of cuddles. I also provide updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing!

How does your enrichment service work?Enrichment is all about engaging your pet’s natural instincts. Sessions may include interactive puzzles, snuffle mats, lick mats, novel toys, and more to stimulate their mind and body.

What happens during a drop-by visit?Our Drop By Visit includes feeding, potty breaks, light playtime, and a quick wellness check. Visits can be customized to meet your pet’s specific needs.
